The McGuire's Place

Welcome to our place on the forested slope of Banner Mountain. Husband Mel and myself were lucky to have been born, educated and raised in this area. In 2005 we built our home on property where we also operated our sawmill. The site's part of the old "Republic of North California."

The following pages are about family, friends, funnies and critters that happened to touch our lives. We hope you'll find the picture stories fun and informative. As the old saying goes, "One picture's worth a thousand words," and we have plenty to share.
