Congratulations Megan!

(Friday June 6 2006)

Megan and her Seven Hill's School classmates enter the stadium for their 8th grade commencement ceremony. It's a pleasant evening.

Bonnie Arbaugh leads the choir singing "You Raise Me Up."

Following the commencement speeches and poem, the graduates walk to the podium to get their diplomas.

Megan receives hers and returns to her seat.

Soon it's over and the graduates leave the stadium to where they join their families and friends for congratulations, pictures and hugs.
Proud mom, dad, Deena and Mason pause with Megan for a picture.

And so does the bunch.

A special picture with grandmother Darlene.

How about this very nice smile from grandpa Ken...

Not to be left out, the camera Grammy gets a picture with our very special graduate too...We love you Megan, for the sweet person you are, and all that you have accomplished.

You Raise Me Up
(Josh Groban)

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up… To more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up… To more than I can be.

There is no life – no life without its hunger;
Each restless heart beats so imperfectly;
But when you come and I am filled with wonder, Sometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up… To more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up… To more than I can be.
You raise me up to more than I can be.
