Elodie's First Birthday Party

We're celebrating lil' Elodie's first birthday today at Guy and Vickys. We enjoy visiting and a delicious buffet before the birthday song and candle, and cake tradition. My how the time fly's.

One thing we can definitely count on is lots of fun and laughs.

Lil' Elodie's really getting tired, and the new car will have to wait...

Later, Sue kind of summed it up with, "Elodie had a fun birthday with lots of family. After her nap, she decided to take a spin in her new Corvette, from Grandpa Tim. It's just like Grandma Margie's, but yellow. Uncle Timmy was trying to teach her to drive fast and she got a little scared when her head flew back into the headrest (too bad Uncle Brent didn't warn her about Uncle Timmy teaching him how to "really drive" a Corvette). Anyway, Elodie's no slouch either, she jumped on her vette quite a few times too ... From the front and the back! Here's some pictures to prove it...

Elodie seemed to really have fun at her first birthday party. Her Momma made a really pretty special cake and her friends and family gave her all sorts of fun toys, new clothes and even a car. How fun!"
